Not a Bad Idea
One of my favourite comic-related blogs to read is plok's A Trout in the Milk, and in his most recent entry, he said something that struck me as at least a little bit true:
"...if blogs are for anything they’re for substituting the whims of strange people for randomness, so I’m opening the floor to suggestions..."
So I thought, okay. Is there any kind of Legion-related (or even just superhero-related) article I should be writing, but amp't? Any subjects you'd like me to touch on? Let's hear it.

Hey, my comment got eaten!
I'll be back...
Yes, it isn't exactly a suggestion out of the clear blue sky, Matthew, but how about that generational analysis applied to comic books? Seems like there might be some rather interesting reading in something like that...
Hi Matthew,
So here's the thing that I'm interested in, and would love to touch on myself, but I am woefully uninformed re: Legion.
Can you talk about the difference in costuming between the anime Legion (the Superboy comic/cartoon) and the actual Legion? I'm thinking Saturn Girl, Phantom Girl, etc. (I am more interested in the women than the men, alas, but That Is Always The Case with me when it comes to Fashion). Saturn Girl's earrings stick with me every time I see the cartoon (and the free comic book recently), and I'm just curious if there are other obvious signifiers out there I'm missing out on.
Ciao,
Amy

Well, I've already done that one article here, and I (expanded it/redid it from scratch) for this guy's project, so I'm not sure I want to revisit the generational thing just yet. But there's always some danger that I'll find some generational thing to say about anything.

Uhh... maybe. There could be some hay to be made there. It's not a bad idea, and it's certainly not one I would have come up with on my own; I'm not usually inclined to talk about what stuff looks like.
I totally didn't fill in those links!
Previous generational article
That guy's project
So I couldn't come up with any cool topics with words like "generational" or "analysis" in them because I'm vaguely not that smart.
But you should totally write more about Matter Eater Lad because he is great!
Oh, I'll get to him, never fear...
May have already done this,but--why are some Legionnaires stars and some not? Element Lad and Chemical King had similar powers, but one is a team mainstay and the other would have been forgotten had he not done a Ferro Lad. Some members are nearly always on the team and others are gone for years without much comment. What makes a Legionnaire essential? Even have a title for it:Staying Power.
Yeah. I could see that.
